From development projects to not-for-profit causes, Seawolf works to eliminate red tape, increase communication, neutralize opposition and promote transparency in both the private & public sectors, based on common sense collaboration. We take a different approach when it comes to navigating bureaucratic hurdles. With over 13 years of experience in the industry, we've always had a knack for working with City departments to identify bottlenecks and get projects through. With perseverance backed by mutual respect, we have worked with New York City and Los Angeles Council, Building, Fire, Planning, utilities, and other departments tactfully and deliberately to achieve desirable outcomes. What’s the orca all about?
An orca (a.k.a. sea wolf) is arguably the most persistent - and yet, patient-hunter on Earth. Fierce and menacing apex predators, and yet, playful as a puppy, these “pandas of the sea” have been known to beach themselves for hours waiting for that perfect strike to catch a meal.
